Is it me or is everyone in class going wacko today? They are falling in love with each other! We are all girls in class but I think some of my classmates are boys in girl's clothing, if ya know what I'm talking about.

First, Patricia likes Corrine! Corrine looks like a boy, Corrine hates singing, Corrine hates interaction and whats worse, Corrine checked my math test paper and everyone teased her that I like her or something! Heck! I do not like Corrine, period, etc. etc. Anyway, how did I find out that Patricia liked Corrine anyway? She told me at lunch, she whispered in my ear, "Lauren I have a crush on Corrine." Period, nothing else said.

Then, Rachelle (my mortal, as you all know) like Faye! Faye's pretty, she's someone I wanna be like. She's also popular. How did I find out that Rachelle likes Faye? Well, today, in a certain subject, there was no teacher. Erika sits infront of me. And infront of her sits Faye. I was very annoyed since I was soooo bored, nothing to do, not even a novel to write when I noticed (yup, I've got four eyes, and they can all see well) that Faye and Erika were sharing a secret. How did I know? I have ways. Anyway, I walked over to Erika and said, "What are you two whispering about, a new atomic bomb you're gonna build or something?" And then Faye said, "Rachelle has a crush on me. GROSS."

I sneered. "Yeah right. Rachelle is sooo finicky, she can't even change in P.E. class!" Then Faye said, "I'll tell you later." So a few seconds later, Faye showed me a sort of ripped up note with hearts on it. The first sentence was "Dearest Faye". Then the next was, "Faye, have you ever had a crush on a girl?" And then Faye wrote back, "No, just a boy" and then she wrote a guy's name, i forgot. That's not the point. Anyway, then Rachelle wrote back, "You know, you are soooo pretty. Really pretty. You are such a heartthrob!" My gosh, I could puke.

I hope I'm not the next victim. Wait. Remember what I said in the second paragraph? "and whats worse, Corrine checked my math test paper and everyone teased her that I like her or something". Well, Corrine is sort of a tomboy. I said she looked like one. And Erika was always teasing me to Corrine! When I told her my name of my new crush, she said, "And I know your other new crush." I asked in a puzzled voice, "Who?" Then Erika said gleefully, "CORRINE!" Ooh, DUH. Does she know the difference between a guy and a girl?

And also, I'm sorta mad at Erika. She and Faye seems to be better friends than both of us. I admit, I'm jealous. Coz well, she's the only friend I have. Sort of. Well, I'm good friends w/ Margie and Angela. Anyway, let her be friends w/ Faye, not that I really care coz Erika's bossy sometimes.

Well, that tomboy thing (go back to the paragraph b4 the one about Erika and Faye) reminds me of the fifth grade tomboy incidence. If you have read my past entries, you'll know what I'm talking about. Anyway, wanna hear more tomboy stories in my school? Okay, I'll tell you one last one.

Margie told me on the phone that she had a classmate in Art club that there was this girl who thinks that Assaneth likes her (a popular tomboy in the sixth grade). Because she is always looking at her and stuff. And then the next time they saw each other, that girl said to Margie, "You know, Assaneth really likes me coz she gave me chocolates and flowers." Hel-lo? What's going on with the world today? Chocolates and flowers given by a girl to a girl?

Not that I think tomboys are bad but...I think the tomboys in my school are going a little bit overboard. But aside from the tomboys, I think my school is pretty much OK.
