Today is Nikki's fourteenth birthday, but she didn't go to school today. Last Saturday, she arrived from the mall at 11 p.m.! According to her, traffic was really awful and if that wasn't bad, she had to ford waist-deep flood in order to reach her house. Poor her! Those rains were really horrible, and the high tides caused all that flash flood. My own dad came home saturday at 3:00 am because he was stuck for 6 hours on the superhighway with chest deep floods.

Angelica told me that I look like the kind of girl the popular people would pick on because of my glasses. That's not true, but I said, "I may look like one, but I don't act like one. No one picks on me and lives to tell about it." And to prove that to her, I kicked her on the shin. Not a very hard kick; I made sure it was a light one. Anyway, from then on, she never said that to me again. I am proud of my glasses, I guess, but I can also hardly wait till I get my nth pair of contact lenses.

I definitely own the weirdest cat in the world. See, I noticed that my other friends' cats eat dry cat food but see, my cat would rather live on roaches than eat dry cat food. It's such a pain for me, because the cat food I use really, really smells, and when it gets on my hand, fifty soaps and hand sanitizers would not be enough to remove the stink. When my cat is not eating cat food, he is munching on french fries and chips, usually the ones I am eating at the moment. Roaches make a small portion of his diet, because they never come out when he's in the house. Ladies and gentlemen, my kitty cat. But I love him!

Don't you just hate it when someone removes the bookmark from a really really thick book you are reading with tiny, tiny text? My little brother removed the bookmark from the book I was reading and it really ticks me off. And the thing is, I don't remember where it is! It will take me centuries and centuries to find that page in that really thick book. The book I am reading, by the way, is Sophie's World by Jostein Gaarder. Read it if you haven't; it's very interesting. The Greek Philosophers are more interesting than my History classes .

I'm in complete catatonia right now so I will rinse my face mask off and dive into the shower. Seeya.
