Stephen and Alex came over to the house tonight. Never again will I be dancing in this lifetime. Every single muscle in my body hurts, and I feel like throwing up. My eyelids feel as heavy as my 10-pound backpack (have to study for the freaking exams, damnit).

I met her. Yes, her. Jessica Zafra, the soon-to-be domeatrix of the universe. Today was the launching of her latest book, Book IV, The Twisted Menace, and I went with my mom. And I had the wonderful time. The food was great, for one. And she even got to talk to me! When she asked my name, she recognized me because I emailed her once. That's the advantage of being first in line with the autograph thing, she still has lots of sanity. I let her autograph another copy for my aunt and wrote "you have an excellent niece". I'm flattered. Umm, anyway, it was great. I know I'm making zero sense now but it's 11 p.m. for heaven's sake and I'm really, really tired.

School sucks. I can't believe it will be school again in 49 hours. I can't believe I can't sleep at midnight and wake up at noon anymore. I can't belive I'll have to stop wearing nail polish (stupid rule). I can't believe I have to see my moronic teachers on Monday! Reality sucks. Oh well, if it's any consolation, I'm going to a dance party next Saturday complete with a live band, right after my exams.

I do believe I'm the shortest among my friends. I'm only 5 or 4'11. Stephen is a giant at 5'7. Alex is 5'3 or 5'2. I'm not sure what Nikki's height is because she slouches. Even that chicken, John Kim is taller than me!! Thank God for platform shoes.

I guess I'd better get started on Book IV. Night!
